To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the dedicated digital withdrawal form available on the Website (“Withdrawal Button”) or submit an unequivocal statement to the Supplier.

12.1 Digital Content (PDF Guides, e-books and graphics)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83 and the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun.

The Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that by checking the mandatory consent box at checkout and initiating the download or accessing the digital content, they give their prior express consent to begin the performance immediately and acknowledge that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

12.2 Online Courses

In accordance with applicable EU and Italian consumer laws regarding digital services and content, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the Customer has not yet accessed, streamed, or downloaded any part of the course content.

Once the Customer logs into the course platform and accesses the digital content, the performance is considered to have begun with the Customer’s prior express consent, and the right of withdrawal is lost, provided the statutory pre-contractual information was accepted at checkout.

12.3 Personalised Services (Color Analysis and digital report)

The Supplier provides personalized services tailored to the Customer’s unique specifications. In accordance with applicable EU law and the Italian Consumer Code regarding the supply of goods or services made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the service has been fully performed or the personalized digital report has been delivered.

If the Customer requests withdrawal within the 14-day period but after the Supplier has already begun processing the materials, the Customer shall pay the Supplier an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the moment of withdrawal.

13. REFUNDS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

Where the Customer legitimately exercises their right of withdrawal in accordance with Clause 12, the Supplier shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the Supplier is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.

All refunds shall be processed using the original payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer shall not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For any other issues, or where the right of withdrawal is legally excluded (as per Clauses 12.1, 12.2, and 12.3), refunds are not dynamic or automatic and will only be evaluated and issued on a case-by-case basis where strictly required by applicable consumer protection laws. All support requests must be submitted to [email protected].

14. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day statutory period, the Customer may choose one of the following methods:

  • Digital Withdrawal Button: The Customer may use the dedicated, easy-to-access digital form available on the Website. By filling in the required order details and clicking the confirmation button, the request will be submitted automatically.

  • Email Notification: Alternatively, the Customer may send an explicit and unequivocal statement of their decision to withdraw via email to: [email protected].

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request through either channel, the Supplier shall immediately send the Customer an automatic acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (via email), including a confirmation timestamp.

Refunds, where applicable under Clause 12, are processed within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Supplier receives the withdrawal notification. For physical goods (if any), the Supplier reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the goods are received back or until the Customer supplies proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
