Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of purchase (or from the moment you receive physical goods, if applicable) to cancel your purchase without giving any reason and without penalty, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and applicable national consumer protection legislation.
How to exercise it

Once you click the confirmation button, your request will be automatically registered, and you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation receipt via email with a digital timestamp. Any eligible refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using your original payment method.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and national consumer codes, the right of withdrawal is legally excluded or limited for specific types of digital content and services sold in this shop:
Digital Content (PDF Guides, E-books, and Graphics): The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once the performance has begun. By checking the mandatory box at checkout, you gave your prior express consent to receive the content immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon downloading or accessing the files (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Online Courses (Immediate Access/Streaming): Once you log into the platform and access, stream, or download the course material, the service is considered initiated with your prior express consent provided at checkout. Consequently, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Personalised Services (Color Analysis and Digital Reports): The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed or to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Once your personalized Color Analysis report has been delivered, the right of withdrawal is excluded. If you request a withdrawal after our team has already started processing your submitted materials but before the final report is delivered, you shall pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for services and digital content, from the day the contract was concluded) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as digital content you started to download or stream after agreeing to lose that right. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
